You won’t find a better consultant for making your dreams in Italy a reality. Silvia is headstrong, determined, and unbelievably knowledgeable. There is nothing you can throw at her that she won’t tackle, no challenge too big. We’ve run her through the gauntlet on our quest to make our dreams of a horse farm and animal sanctuary come through and she has handled everything that’s come up, from helping me procure citizenship to finalizing the property sale to learning about obscure and specialized farming laws. She’s managed to clean up the colossal mess we made before she came on the scene and done so with humor, determination, and through the process has become not only a friend, but family. Even after our big sale is done, we continue to consult with her regularly on every new project and idea we come up with, and no matter how crazy, she’s ready to jump in with us and join the adventure. We would be lost without her, and feel so grateful she’s in our lives.

Translating for a hospital visit, a legal document, Italian lessons, property search and all that is involved in the successful purchase/sale (I'm not an estate agent, as previously mentioned my sole aim is to look after my client's interests and estate agents can't do that), property management, key holding, liaising on behalf of the client with the local authorities, when necessary due to emergency and unforeseen circumstances I offer a 24h call service.

I was a happy United Kingdom resident for over thirty years, but as a non native, I realised the vital importance of having someone who speaks the language. In the early days I needed help from someone knowledgeable on the local way of doing things, both socially and bureaucratically and who would aid me to navigate such issues.

Sadly too often, people fall into traps that they found stressful and expensive to put right if at all possible - maybe because they are excited at the idea of a new adventure, maybe because they didn't fully understand the bureaucratic etiquettes of the way of doing business in Italy.
