As Brit abroad, Silvia has been invaluable with assisting me on many occasions over the years that we have owned a house in Italy.

Only recently I had notified Silvia that again I needed important documents translating and legalising as part of my Italian Citizenship, the paperwork was completed by Silvia with four days with the required legal stamps. Initially I met Silvia on a personal level, having been introduced by a friend, when I was very poorly and she helped me a great deal. It later developed with friendship still intact, on a professional level when I needed Italian trades people and advice from the legal profession. Silvia was there to help with translation in order for smooth negotiations. I am eternally grateful to Silvia for her help in all aspects.

You won’t find a better consultant for making your dreams in Italy a reality.  Silvia is headstrong, determined, and unbelievably knowledgeable.  There is nothing you can throw at her that she won’t tackle, no challenge too big.  We’ve run her through the gauntlet on our quest to make our dreams of a horse farm and animal sanctuary come through and she has handled everything that’s come up, from helping me procure citizenship to finalizing the property sale to learning about obscure and specialized farming laws.  She’s managed to clean up the colossal mess we made before she came on the scene and done so with humor, determination, and through the process has become not only a friend, but family.  Even after our big sale is done, we continue to consult with her regularly on every new project and idea we come up with, and no matter how crazy, she’s ready to jump in with us and join the adventure.  We would be lost without her, and feel so grateful she’s in our lives.
